Return and Refund Policy
Overview

This Return and Refund Policy explains how cancellations, returns, refunds and faulty goods are handled when you purchase from BinSaver.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

1. Cancellation rights

If you are a UK consumer purchasing online, you usually have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after the day you receive your goods.

To cancel your order, you must tell us clearly that you wish to cancel.

You can do this by emailing us at andy@binsaver.co.uk.

2. Returning unwanted goods

Once you have told us that you wish to cancel, you then have 14 days to return the goods to us.

Unless we agree otherwise, you are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted goods.

Goods should be returned unused, in their original condition and with any packaging, accessories or instructions included where possible.

3. Refunds

We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided evidence that you have returned them.

We may reduce your refund if the value of the goods has been reduced because they have been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect them.

4. Personalised or custom products

Cancellation rights may not apply to products that are personalised, custom-made or produced to your specification.

This includes, for example, number sticker kits or any product made with a house number, bin number, name, wording or other personalised detail chosen by you.

Please check all personalised details carefully before placing your order, including numbers, spelling, wording and custom selections.

This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty, not as described or incorrectly supplied.

5. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your product is faulty, damaged, not as described or incorrectly supplied, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will review the issue and help resolve it as quickly as possible.

6. Items damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at andy@binsaver.co.uk.

Please include your order number and photographs of the damaged item and packaging where possible.

7. Incorrect customer details

Please check your order carefully before placing it.

We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect details provided by the customer, including incorrect delivery addresses, house numbers, bin numbers, sticker text, names or custom wording.

For personalised or custom-made products, we may be unable to offer a refund or replacement where the item has been produced using the details supplied by the customer.
