Overview
This Shipping Policy explains how delivery works when you place an order with BinSaver.
We aim to process, dispatch and deliver orders as quickly and carefully as possible. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, postal services, courier delays and other circumstances outside our control.
1. Order processing
Orders are processed after payment has been received and the order has been accepted.
We aim to prepare and dispatch orders within the estimated timescales shown on our website or at checkout. During busy periods, dispatch may take slightly longer.
If your order includes personalised items, such as house number stickers, bin number stickers or custom text, please allow additional time for production.
2. Delivery locations
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom unless stated otherwise at checkout.
You are responsible for making sure the delivery address entered at checkout is complete and accurate.
3. Delivery costs
Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you place your order.
Delivery charges may vary depending on the products ordered, delivery method selected and any promotions or free delivery offers available at the time.
4. Delivery times
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only.
We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch and deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, but delivery may be delayed due to postal services, couriers, busy periods, weather, operational issues or events outside our control.
5. Personalised or custom orders
Personalised or custom-made products may take longer to prepare before dispatch.
Please check all personalised details carefully before placing your order. This includes house numbers, bin numbers, names, wording, spelling and any other custom information.
We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
6. Missing, delayed or damaged orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

7. Incorrect delivery details
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.
If an order is returned to us because the delivery address was incomplete or incorrect, we may ask you to pay the cost of re-delivery.
If an order is delivered to the address provided at checkout, we are not responsible if that address was entered incorrectly by the customer.
8. Risk and ownership
For UK consumer orders, products remain at our risk until they come into your physical possession, or into the physical possession of someone you have identified to receive them.
Ownership of the products passes to you once we have received full payment.
