These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of our website and to any purchase you make from us. By visiting our website, browsing our products, placing an order or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referred to on this website.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or placing an order. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our website or purchase products from us.

Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately. However, colours, dimensions, finishes and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, device settings, production method or product updates.

Product descriptions, images, prices and availability may be changed or withdrawn at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue or amend any product.

Any product measurements, installation guidance, fitting examples or product images are provided to help you decide whether the product is suitable for your intended use. You are responsible for checking that a product is suitable for your own bin, caddy, fixing point, surface or intended installation location before purchase and use.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket.

Your order is accepted only when we send you an order confirmation email or otherwise confirm acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or amend an order where necessary, including where a product is unavailable, there is an error in pricing or product information, payment has not been authorised, or we suspect fraud or misuse.

Please check your order details carefully before submitting your order. This includes the product selected, quantity, delivery address and any personalised details, such as house numbers, bin numbers or sticker text.

Where an item is personalised, custom-made or produced to your specification, you are responsible for ensuring the information you provide is accurate.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£).

Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders that we have already accepted.

Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include delivery charges. Delivery charges will be shown during checkout before you place your order.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered at checkout. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment details you provide are accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method.

6. Delivery

We will deliver products to the address provided at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring the delivery address is complete and accurate.

Delivery times shown on our website are estimates only. We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timescales, but delays may occur due to postal services, couriers, busy periods, customs, weather, operational issues or events outside our control.

For UK consumer orders, products remain at our risk until they come into your physical possession, or into the physical possession of a person you have identified to receive them. If you arrange your own carrier to collect the products, risk may pass to you when the products are handed to that carrier.

7. Cancellation rights

If you are a UK consumer purchasing online, you usually have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after the day you receive your goods.

To cancel, you must tell us clearly that you wish to cancel. You can do this by emailing us at andy@binsaver.co.uk.

You then have 14 days from telling us you wish to cancel to return the goods to us.

Unless we agree otherwise, you are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted goods. Goods should be returned unused, in their original condition and with any packaging, accessories or instructions included where possible.

We may reduce your refund if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them.

We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have returned them.

8. Personalised or custom products

Your cancellation rights may not apply to products that are personalised, custom-made or produced to your specification. This includes, for example, number sticker kits or any product made with a house number, bin number, name, wording or other personalised detail chosen by you.

This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty, not as described or incorrectly supplied.

9. Returns, refunds and faulty goods

If a product is faulty, damaged, not as described or not fit for purpose, please contact us at andy@binsaver.co.uk with your order number, a description of the issue and, where helpful, photographs.

Nothing in these Terms limits or removes your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Our products should be installed and used only as intended and in accordance with any instructions or guidance provided.

You are responsible for choosing a suitable fixing point, surface, bin, caddy or installation location. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, unsuitable surfaces, misuse, modification, excessive force, failure to follow instructions, normal wear and tear, or use in conditions beyond the product’s intended purpose.

If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for your intended use, please contact us before purchasing.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, product designs, logos, branding, videos, icons, layouts and other materials, belongs to BinSaver or our licensors unless otherwise stated.

You may use our website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, sell, exploit or use any part of our website, branding, product images or content without our prior written permission.
